To make your experience effortless and intuitive, Insight uses "semi-persistency" to remember who you are on returning to the site and remembers your landing page, volume pricing agreements, etc.

No personal or sensitive data is used in "semi-persistency". Personal or sensitive data like order history, order placement, changing passwords, etc. will require you to enter a password.

On return to the site and prior to logging in with your user email and password there will be a link called "not you" next to the "Login" link. This indicates that Insight is using semi persistent data, you have not logged in and if the semi-persistent data stored is not yours then click on this link to login as yourself.
